## The course

**Level 1: from your first good prompt to an automation that runs without you.**

Three 90-minute sessions, in a small group of 3 to 6. Session 1 is open now. Sessions 2 and 3 are
coming soon.

### Session 1 - AI Foundations (available now, $50)

- Prompt Claude well with a simple six-part framework
- Build a context file so Claude sounds like you, not a stranger
- Meet Cowork: the difference between chatting and handing over real work
- Leave with a Daily Brief that reads your email and calendar each morning

### Session 2 - Context and Skills (coming soon)

- Build an OS you own: a plain folder of files on your machine, with nothing to install
- Give each part of your work its own context file, so Claude knows the job before you ask
- Look inside a skill, improve it in plain English, and see how good skills improve themselves
- Set up two automations that run on their own, your meeting notes and your inbox triage

### Session 3 - Intro to Claude Code (coming soon)

- Get set up with Claude Code: the same Claude, on the surface power users build with
- Watch it read, plan, and edit a real file, with you approving the plan first
- Learn when to reach for Cowork and when for Claude Code
- Leave ready for Level 2, and become an advanced user

## Why small groups

**A room small enough to raise your hand.** Most AI classes pack in 8 to 15 people and move on. We
cap every session at six, so you can interrupt, ask about your own work, and leave having actually
done it.

1. **Capped at six.** Small enough that everyone gets airtime and real attention, not a seat in a crowd.
2. **Built on your real work.** We demo and build the exact workflows you do day to day, not a generic project you will never touch again.
3. **A path, not a one-off.** Three sessions that build on each other, so the momentum carries well past the class.

Sessions 2 and 3 are not running yet. The full Level 1 price holds a place in the first cohort that
runs all three.

## Frequently asked

**Who is this for?**
Professionals who pay for ChatGPT or Claude and use a fraction of it: finance, law, consulting,
marketing, operations. You do not need to be technical.

**Do these lessons use Claude or ChatGPT?**
Mostly Claude, because Cowork, skills, and connectors are where the real jump happens. The
fundamentals (prompting, context, getting better outputs) apply to any AI tool, so what you learn
carries over to ChatGPT or Gemini too.

**Do I need to be technical?**
No. If you can use email and a spreadsheet, you can do this. No coding.

**What do I need before the session?**
A laptop and a Claude account. We walk you through setup live, so you do not have to figure it out
alone.

**Is it 1:1 or a group?**
Session 1 runs as a small group of 3 to 6.

**How long is a session, and is it live?**
Sessions are approximately 90 minutes, and yes, they are live. We will look to provide recorded
courses at a later date. You will also receive a handout to help with your personal setup.

**What if I already know Claude well?**
Start at Session 1 and move fast. Sessions 2 and 3 go deep on context, skills, and Claude Code,
things most people never touch.

**Can my company pay? Do you train teams?**
Yes, this is a great way to use your learning and development budget. We also run private sessions
for teams. Get in touch.

**Is this affiliated with any AI company?**
No. Rung Learning is independent.

**What is the refund policy?**
If Session 1 is not useful, we will refund it.
